This was definitely due to my inexperience.

Sounds like the closing process should have earned you a masters degree in experience and education ;) Glad it had a happy ending.Couldn't agree more about the value that BP brings to this space. 

I feel she is being vindictive and an inexperience landlord since I was her first tenant (her son occupied the unit prior). 

@David Martin Jr  Actually, I think it probably just boils down to more inexperience/naivete. 

I am painfully aware of my inexperience right now in a property I have under contract.

FIBI prides themselves on having a no-sales-pitch environment and everyone I've met at the events thus far have been varying in experience and very helpful.

Also, in terms of out of state that's a little trickier for me since being inexperience that would just add tons stress by not being local to solve issues. 

I think it's more marketing and inexperience then anything else.

That projection might just be a reflection of their inexperience and it might not be achieved.
