Same with areas along N CHS along the rivers - there are major developments going in on both riverbanks.

We are cementing our growth strategy as a local and regional builder and looking to grow into subdivision development so we control more land but wanted to seek advice in the forums about this. 

Looking to connect with Real Estate agents who have land connects and/or Builders/Developers who they work with in the area.

I have from time to time spoken with the city administrator, economic developer, & a person at building planning commission.

Now, I am questioning if it even makes sensse to develop anymore properties.Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?

With all the new development around the stadiums, it can be very lucrative and presents room for growth as the area continues to develop.

Newer developments with similar amenities could be a great alternative.I’d love to hear what others have to say as well. 

Additionally, develop some real estate metrics so that you may measure markets evenly and objectively. 

Additionally, you get amazing appreciation potential due to how much population, job growth, and companies are moving/developing there!

We plan to share ownership of the property as I am going to invest my money into developing (building a Detached ADU in the back) and re-modeling the property so that we can collectively sell it for a profit.
