Retaining heat within the cylinders doesn't matter, since the mixture of compression and spark is what drives the combustion.Yes, you could say that the increased heat in the engine allows for a slightly faster combustion process, but there are better alternatives.If you'd like, there are things like pulse spark plugs, which deliver much stronger sparks to more efficiently ignite the gasoline in your non-diesel engine, and there are some differences in the quality.Or, you can tune your gear ratios to better levels, you could change fuel-air mixtures, change the filters, and so on.

Not saying it's impossible, but the deal is going to have to fire on all cylinders for it to have a chance at that LTV.If that is the benchmark you need in order to pursue then your local lenders are your best bet.

The preferred method for fast illegal entry is the mule-kick and no amount of pins stops that.Personally I use Kwik Set on all rentals because it's easy to change cylinders with each new tenant.Never had a single one picked.

I site visit my parks every 6-8 weeks if it is in some sort of turn around operation, if it is pumping on all 8 cylinders... maybe once a quarter... maybe less...

we could also put a double cylinder lock on the door so if they do break in the window and get in they cant tote anything out the door without a key.

The Landlord Locks take a minute to change cylinders, have a master key, allow common entry keys (all tenant keys can open such as would be desired for a common entry or a common laundry room).Our handyman has a master key.Good luck
