Landlord needs to make repairs to pass inspection to re-rent and can't get blood from a stone so landlord opens their checkbook and pays.

We did have a set of guests who left dents in the drywall, blood and vomit on the sheets and towels, gave zero heads-up, then got upset they got a 1-star rating instead of the 5 they're used to.
