To maximize my cashflow and gain landlording experience, I’d do STR and MTR in the other units, as well as the other bedrooms in my unit.

So if we have a $475 bill for an owner you could click on that amount and see the invoice/bill that's associated with it and get some more information.

I dont manage any properties i do wholesaling and am looking for my first rental, not sure why i chose that LLC name but oh well.

My one investment appears to be going well.
