Thanks for the tips guys.I was thinking of this brother color printer: it's just $140 right now on saleFor Direct mailers I was thinking of trying to print blue ink on a yellow sheet of lined papers for making offers for "cash offers on houses" or the "we buy houses" type letters.I would probably use it 90% for black and white thoughYeah I'm definitely not getting an inkjet from what I've been reading.

At the very least, yellow letters cost the price of a stamp per letter multiplied by hundreds of letters each week/month.

I know one guy bought a yellow pad and hand wrote thousands of yellow letters then personally hand delivered them to a neighborhood.You can also call FSBO's or drive the neighborhood looking for abandoned houses and tracking down the owners.One on one networking might get you in touch with people who would be willing to buy properties (local flippers or investors).
