I'm looking for any Knowledge that can help me make a sound decision thanks. 

My current focus is long distance real estate investing, buy-and-hold rentals, and house hacking, and I'm eager to get my first deal and expand my knowledge in the field. 

Saskatoon is where I am planning to get my first property too once I get enough capital and knowledge!
