Alternative investment management (crypto / syndications /etc) Any recommendations are appreciated!

I'm a grad student with a full ride scholarship, $10,000/year stipend, no debt, a nice chunk in the bank from crypto (but not enough to buy anything outright -- not like I'd do that anyway), and a wife that makes <$30,000 per year at the moment.

I love the concept of a SDIRA however for certain assets such as crypto and alternative investments and I have a SDIRA myself.

@Jay C.I would steer clear of crypto and stock market because it’s a big gamble.

Local lender with a Streamline 203K How did you add value to the deal?

I am interested in using the VA Streamline Refinance (IRRRL) and renting out our current property, then reusing my VA benefit for the second, owner occupied home we may build that is closer to work.

First question, can anyone recommend the quickest way to streamline this process?

Also, as the agent I try to make the offer as clean and streamlined as possible and I think it's very important to write your best offer up front in many situations these days to try and avoid bidding wars where you can.  

Further streamlined my executionDid you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

If you continue to work the the same lender the process gets more streamlined.
