to help track leads, notes  re conversations with sellers, generate reminders every NNN (30 days) that you need to re connect a batch of leads.   

It usually runs around $250-$300 for a garage conversion. 

A polite conversation with the property manager might help you recoup some of it.

The goal for this project would be to lower each owner's personal monthly cable and internet and VOIP bill by having the HOA buy these in bulk hopefully for a total lower cost per owner via their monthly HOA fees.Has anyone in the Atlanta GA (Kennesaw) done this type of 'conversion' and was it cost effective?

I probably connect with 5-6 new or hopeful investors a month and have a real, in depth conversation.
