@Denis Orlov I don't do STR, but I've rented one of my personal properties for arbitrage before. 

Personally, I believe it's preferable to have stricter requirements and wait for a qualified tenant.

The price-to-rent ratio makes sense from an investment standpoint, but further research is needed to identify whether those respective areas will prosper.
