I don't think it will ever be adopted on a mass scale for people in your situation with an established life (Spouse, Kids, Family obligations, etc.).

The Mass LLC , through the exchange owns the property(myself40%/wife40%/son20%) and we had registered with state of Florida as a Foreign LLC back when the property was bought.

Just because you have a bible thumping youtube page does not translate into a mass following on a youtube page on glamping.

Not to mention the civil unrest causes another bout of mass rioting in the streets of major cities that your investment happens to be in and then that area never recovers. 

Columbus, OH has the appreciation and mass cash flow, whereas Toledo, OH has the big city, small town feel with cash flow opportunities.  

LVP and laminate flooring appeal to the general masses when marketing rentals online and in person. 

@Patrisha Leybovich and I with the help from @Sam Grooms  are handling the buildout, but when we reach critical mass we will pass this off to an employee.

My goal for 2020 is to meet local investors (would love to attend REI local meet ups in Mass), continue to educate myself, and hopefully overcome first-deal jitters and leap into my 1st investment property - multi-family or small apartment buildings.

With exchange (Microsoft), google suite, Gmail and apple you can group your contacts, make notes, send mass emails, organize email by contacts and group conversations etc.

I live in Baton Rouge where there is mass opportunity for commercial building.
