It cannot seem like your prior rules were merely a subterfuge to exclude someone in a protected class.I do not think lenders are set up to make disbursements to vendors such as landlords.

@Sergio Deleon:  one of the Lenders my condo buyers have successfully closed many condo transaction with finances non-warrantable condos and does require a condo questionnaire, but on non-warrantable condo program it is almost a mere formality since thry really don't care what the questionnaire says for the most part.  

I do consider myself a fairly smart individual...but I dont think my success in real estate investing is because of that, its merely because I bought properties and held them as prices continued to rise.

Natalie,There is no question that there are plenty of properties (markets/neighborhoods) where merely converting shared living space into an additional bedroom - without adding any additional square footage, could net you absolutely zero more dollars on the sales price.

And as this faux 'recovery' is merely a 'reinflated bubble' as par, it ultimately matters not whether the PTB (Powers That Be) are in near complete control of another 'controlled demolition?'

It might be because of the shadow thrown in the bowl makes it look less white and therefore more dirty, or maybe just the mere sight of the open bowl grosses people out or makes the room seem unorganized.The bathroom is a major part of making the sale.
