We are currently considering a 1-3% "Finders Fee" for any deals that lead to close based on the ARV of the property.

Is it for sure that none of the prep work leading up to purchase plus prep would not count toward 100-150hrs.

But there are things you need to consider, like: everyone has to follow house rules to avoid drama, excessive use of kitchen and bathrooms leading to plumbing issues, being on call 24/7 with any problems, etc.

@Val BerechetAs much as I think it’s disingenuous for the international media to focus on any incident in Mexico they can get their hands on while conveniently ignoring to report identical if not worse crime in their own backyard, I don’t really mind after all.Indeed, it makes people aware of the problem (in case they’re not) and, most importantly, It forces the Mexican authorities to act promptly and preventatively (which they normally always end up to do) and everybody is better off because of that.

Yes I'm fully aware of the lead based paint addendum and its use as I mentioned in my post.

Nevertheless, both scenarios require your attention and defending against those claims could very well cost more than $2K.One of, if not the leading cause for dispute between contractor and client is poor communication.
