I feel like those lists are sold and resold numerous times over and over again for the same data.

I’ve visited every other property I’ve considered in the past, so this is uncharted territory for me, and it feels a little out of my comfort zone.I’m considering putting it under contract sight unseen to lock it up, but I don’t want to make a rookie mistake here.I'm looking for some advice here.

However, if you feel you need their input earlier, you could offer to pay for their visit to walk the property with you pre-inspection.

We are coming down to get a feel for some neighborhoods we've been looking at moving too and don't really have too much planned so I thought it would be a great time to connect with some lenders, investors, contractors, and liked mind individuals while I'm there!

If you’re in a hurry to find a deal fast then you might be going at it with too much desperation that a seller can feel and get nervous about.P.S I am a direct buyer or not a Whole Seller.

Clearly I can’t sue someone that’s actually ill, I was questioning, but feel bad about that now.
