We may have confused fear for disingenuous posting.

You have a goal you have a dream, pursue it, have no fear!!!

It sounds great, I know, but the problem is my conscious and my potential to receive his support again in the future, I fear.

Carpet gets dyed red and out of fear of paying any fees they refuse to notify you and the stain sets in ruining the carpet .

your biggest takeaway here should be that you don't know your local laws as well as you should. notice of entry is one of the more basic issues that all landlords should have memorized. since you did not know that, I fear there may be much more you don't know.

I think I need to let go of the fear of choosing the wrong market and get focused and look to find great deals where the numbers work regardless of the market necessarily.

I believe this is something I could get really good at, as they said, "I do not fear the man that knows 10,000 kicks.
