The main draw for me other than being close to it, is that it's near Rochester, MN on the good side of town in the direction of Rochester's rapid expansion.  

The problem is a function of the temperate environment and the underlying geologic parent material that produces expansive clayey soils.

For example some areas now require an expansion tank where as 14 years ago it was not.

1) So that in effect that side no longer has an expansion gap, and bulging could occur?
