If you rent is paid electronically to a website or something you can send a friendly monthly email about 5 days ahead of time.Include greetings like happy holidays and what not so they don't think you're harassing a good on time tenant.

Phone or electronic comms is the best I can do. 

He says he doesn't think the "practice" part of it is worth much at all because the records aren't electronic and his equipment is old school. 

Ten days later, the electronic deposit is reversed due to fraud.  

Has anyone used Docusign or any other electronic signing device for contracts?

Sadly, part of the service is to collect and then distribute rents and the electronic money world still affords people the opportunity to bounce a check....via ACH.

I think it has merit and potential.Remember for real estate agents when NAR would send a letter and you electronically sign and then tens of thousands of letters go to Congress etc on a specific issue NAR is fighting?

Hi William Jermaine here, a good friend of mine is in to billboards, from what I understand his tenant pay in advance for the upcoming month, and if he does not get a payment he can suspend there add with a click of mouse.Ooo William you don't have electronic billboards, you are leaving so much money on the table, upgrade to electronic billboards and you won't have that problem anymore.
