Whether that is a good idea for you in part it depends on how disciplined you are. 

This is only for those without the discipline to stick to paying off debt because they don't see any immediate results.

A quick path to structure, discipline and repetition is basically what the questions here are about.Why spend $$ re-developing ways of doing something when you can acquire the same knowledge for $18.00 ?

I've already developed financial discipline so it wasn't a ton of new stuff for me but it was easy to read, full of good information, and I've shared/recommended it to many.

@Jordan Lucas Metalworker by trade in the Army; heating and mechanical while I was in high school.If I had to pick a useful military discipline that I have that's transferred/aged well with my real estate ventures, I'd go with both infantry and analyst.

This REALLY comes down to your own drive, self-discipline, and PERSISTENCE.
