Just look at the house/car/spouse/body/bank account balance/hair line/etc of any random person.

If you lose the bid, there will be others, and if nothing else, you'll have this experience under your belt, the start of what sounds like a strong team, and one more grey hair attributed to the wisdom of patience!  

In multi units I don't split the hairs to that amount. 

Its probably just a bunch of long hair that has collected.

It's definitely not a get rich quick scheme, the tortoise and the hair come to mind when I am dealing with Real Estate Investing slow and steady wins the race.

Your traffic will be limited to the local subdivision - which could be both good and bad for the local hair salon.  

Even the color of their hair has nothing to do with it.The key is to establish your rental criteria in advance of offering your unit for rent.

Ever have to wash a water heater (located in a kitchen corner because this is a "vintage" house) covered in two inches of dust and hair?
