I can't stand people who cant show up for appointments on time and I can't stand people who can't get their crap together.

Now that being said, I see the same lower end crap returning and being sold as great turnkey deals.

Adhering to fake rules of thumb will ensure that you buy crap in crap markets. 

But as soon as you gain experience through life's ups and downs and get to the point where money isn't a problem anymore, you will get tired of the police calling you at 3:00 am because some dude decided to beat the crap out of his wife and threw her out in the snow and the cops want you to come down and open the door for them so they don't have to kick it in.

There are plenty of bad things about every city and our city has its' share of crap to fix.

I remember Bucktown in the 80s and 90s going from crap hole to high end. 

I'm not sure if Intuit scrubbed the reviews on Amazon or not by  now,  but it's worth reading the reviews there for their 2014 tax software - they IRKED A LOT of customers over their shady business moves.I used their Rental Property Manager software some years back before I moved to Buildium and it was crap - their support was crap and when you call them you are speaking to someone using a voice synthesizer to remove their accent located in India, Philippines or some other place where they could care less if they help you or not.Not to change the topic but if someone has a better alternative for Tax Software I'm open to it.  

Not a copy and paste entrepreneur, but one who has shoveled crap for and learned from a more wise and experienced professional.

Will you be ok to drive by your home and see the grass is dead, the window screens gone and torn and a bunch of crap in the yard?  

Eradication of sugar ants or other kinds of ants does not happen overnight, so encourage the tenant to be patient while you address the issue together.What does your rental agreement say?
