With more working in Huntsville and commuting from here, we’re in a great area  

Maybe I personally need a good commute time.

I just moved to Nashville, so I'm still long-distance, just not quite as long!  

I have inherited Money Order tenants, and had a PM who lived in walking distance of one property, who retired a couple years ago. 

One thing I would keep in mind is whether the school is mostly for commuters or not.

While long distance investing does work, there are few markets you'll ever learn or know like the one you live in yourself. 

Additionally the North Augusta Brick Pond, Hammonds Ferry Restaurants, The River View Recreation Center and both North Augusta, as well as Augusta Downtown are within walking distance.

One of the vacant factories just got restarted there and seems like there are people living there due to the prices and commuting to DFW area.

@Shola Sulaimon Welcome and congrats on getting started.You've picked some pretty major markets and I'm willing to be that cash flow is going to be pretty tough to get unless you go outside of them a distance.

Nice view, walking distance to bus, schools, shopping.
