For example, I just blew insulation into the dividing wall of a side by side 2 unit house.

This can include opening some walls here and there so the inspector can check if everything is built to code, then you repair or tear down depending on what they find. 

Vibrant colors, wallpaper, etc.

Her whole room shook and they couldn't have anything on the walls because it always fell off.

I made an Excel spreadsheet and color code the ones that are higher in the red or orange colors, and low balances in green.
