Folks vote for no more STRs, they are gone and you are out of luck.If there is a large block of condo's owned by a single entity, like a wealthy family or corporate entity, you are also in the same boat.

One month later, lawyer for HOA wrote me a letter saying they made a mistake in computing the special assessments and $62K more is owed.

Over the past 6 months, I have responded to probably 6 solicitations from area wholesalers (mostly yellow letters), and I have not received one single follow-up call!  

The 11106 zip code is home to Kaufman Studios which spans about 5 city blocks and has produced hit TV shows from Netflix, Showtime, Amazon, Starz, and NBC.

Situation: we bought a new primary residence one block over from our current house, back in June.

@Michael K Gallagher We originally planned to build three houses on the lots (1/3 -1/2 of a block).

Yeah...I met Ray Alcorn at one of Joel Block's symposiums about a year ago.

Followup with a letter and a new revised lease stating the terms.
