@Jason BajajTruthfully, most if not all people hate to acknowledge and / or discuss their failures.

While Maverick could've done a better job in vetting these guys and performing a higher level of due diligence, they acknowledge this fact.

I have done a couple of one word responses to these like acknowledged or noted.   

For example: any deed containing the names of the grantor and grantee, a description of the property sufficient to identify it with reasonable certainty, and the interest or estate intended to be granted, is sufficient, if executed, acknowledged, and, where required, recorded.

Wealth follows opportunity)  I do applaud you for the use of words like most and majority in the beginning of your post because you acknowledge that there are exceptions to the rule and not everybody can be put in the same box.  

If so, the deed of trust/mortgage and some other docs in the package will need to be notarized... so that requires either an attorney-in-fact in the states (the POA would need to be approved by the lender and title in advance) or access to an official in Kuwait who can take a proper acknowledgement and authenticate your docs.

Be careful acknowledging mold. 

It's part of their job and not usually acknowledged outside of their own little world. 

If you have done this research, then I stand corrected and I will publicly acknowledge your finding and let the people know that I was incorrect and that you are correct.
