Good to meet you Mark,It depends on a variety of factors, the quality of your traffic, the layout of your site, the relevancy of the ads to your content, how fresh the content is, and the visitors frame whether they are desperate for the information your site is offering.

It'd would be really helpful to know (at a glance) why it is being voted up, and could help new visitors to the site file the post/comment in the right thought process.

If they are children, adult children who visit or kids in college I have them listed as occupants.

Other tenants on the same complex mentioned that there are visitors in and out of his unit.

My lease says that visitors are not allowed to stay longer than 7 days.

Foster is shown as a visitor everyday, he's been popping up along with a few others that are less noticeable off hand, but Foster hasn't posted for a month that I have seen, I doubt he gets on daily and goes to my profile, it's not that interesting.

I am in Lake Havasu City, Arizona and we have a SHORTAGE of vacation rentals for summer and winter visitors.... just thought I'd throw that out there. 

Renting to strangers opens you up to other things, friends/visitors, cleanliness, pets, smoking, drinking etc.  

The obvious solution is to take away the visitor spaces and transfer to you.
