Good sizes for patches, etc.

As I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, I didn't learn of this until about 2 weeks after they vacated the premises, when my other tenant called to let me know.I then had to pay lots of money to EMPTY a 2 BR apt full of nasty furniture, garbage, etc.... replace carpeting, linoleoum, patch holes in the walls, paint, repair busted kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

Patch and then treat with watertight paint. 

;-)Seriously, I have a very small patch of paint on some exterior brick on one of our properties, about 20 sq. inches worth.

For example a patch in one of our daughters rooms peeled off the wall two days within moving in on first year lease.

As per our lawyer it is legal…I also itemized a list of repairs/remediation for my own kicks (odor removal, patch and pain holes in walls, scratches in floor from dog…) they have $8.89 left according to that.Either way...big development!!!

If it turns out that it really is just something on the concrete rather than under it, patching the concrete will solve that issue too.
