Like maybe you pull the condenser and water heater and appliances and store them  :)  while you wait it out..

If the numbers work, it's not an interest rate sensitive loan with the condensed payoff.

In particular, remove all bushes around the outdoor HVAC condenser unit...they'll get overgrown, restrict airflow to the condenser, deposit debris into the condenser, and ultimately make it less efficient.2. 

Many times homeowners tend to place them just on top of the window causing the water from the condensation to flow down the side of the home damaging the siding (if wood).

It already had a FAU and ducting, so just needed the condenser and lineset. $5500 installed.

Cracked heat exchangers can be deadly; damaged, deteriorating and clogged condenser fins can reduce efficiency; clogged drain lines/openings can cause mold and mildew to grow and create a health hazard; and plenty of other issues.

But this is the hard part of only getting the condensed information.
