An investor that owned 100 rental houses say in the Bay Area would be controlling well over 50 million dollars worth of RE in our market it would be 20 to 30 million.... in the mid west rust belt is could be 2 to 5 million..

@Bryan Hancock I like apartments because I already have experience with my SFRs.

I think these pipes are prone to rusting internally and becoming slow, eventually stopping up completely.

There are no other 1 bedroom home sales in the town, the green house foundation is transite board (asbestos), and the property has an old steel septic tank that hasn't been pumped since 1992, so the lid rusted shut.
