Is there a tax break for wasteland ownership, the same way there is suppose to be a tax break for CE ownershipAlso , I see this one guy who has many entities, he buys all kind of lots and deeds them to one of his other entities or trusts as a CE Conservation Easement, then loses them for the taxes seemingly on purpose because it is constantly steadily happening.
