This model can work but I will not be working with this company again, that's for sure.

Do your research and run some numbers, but if you can buy a 4br house, rent out the other three rooms and be left with a very small mortgage payment, you can start saving for the next one and then rinse and repeat every few years. 

Fund and Grow does ding your personal credit, and those inquiries will be asked about by the mortgage underwriter. 

I am hopeful that 2025 will be a good year for real estate in the PNW.
