I'm a web developer/ real estate investor and I just started playing with Dapps, is anyone else working on similar application?

I watched Michael's content for a couple years was eager to get into the turn key program. i gave them 20k to get started and then I had to stop the program after a just a couple property options were sent over. 

Then I wait for the hairbrained ideas about seller finance and sub to because they watched YouTube once.

Reinforce entry points with security bars, and consider a monitored alarm system or joining a local neighborhood watch for extra protection.

I tell you “put all your eggs in one basket, and then watch that basket.”

Google Forms are nice to input cash transactions directly into spreadsheet, to get applications from tenants, to ask virtual assistants to enter data.

Place a job post and then filter through the applicants.

Start cutting the favoritism, the golden net's, remove hurdles for small business launch, remove corporate favoritism and watch things correct themself. 

I'm particularly passionate about wholesaling and/or fix and flips, and commercial properties like RV parks.Outside of real estate, I enjoy watching sports, learning and hanging out with family and friends.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

I watch a lot of David Greene's YT videos and have messaged him directly and he gave me solid advice - if I'm going to buy outside of California, to go for appreciation states and look at the asset.
