It's a strange market right now.

Also, here on the East Coast a tiled living room floor would look a little strange, unlike in, say, the Southwest.

To me that was strange behavior and I was unsure about this persons character at that point.  

I also am looking to downsize and reduce my tax burden from where I am now.There are some strange things that I have seen and I was hoping that this forum would be able to answer my questions.I have been watching a house auction that has been delayed many times.

We're in a strange market in GRAND RAPIDS where there just aren't enough homes to purchase and too many buyers.  

Seems strange to buy something with zero repairs and instant equity of 52k especially in our hot market.
