Hey BP Community,I am an Atlanta resident and bought an older triplex about a year ago to house hack in (live in one unit and rent the other two out).

I have bought and sold several properties across Chicago and Barrington area over the past seven years, and was a real estate agent for 2 years in my early twenties.

Is there anything wrong with me (legaly - he also bought the same stock and made 5x more than me) and is willing to take on cap gains as a thank you for me.

We use Turbotenant and used Apartments for years before that and a different one before that, that apartments bought out.

In another purchase we bought a property at Sheriff Sale that was listed as 1.6 acres.

By the time I was laid off the second time in 2012 we had bought several more and were able to take 15 months off between jobs. 

So you might be living in the US or in Europe, investment properties are bought to outsource and earn from the cashflow.
