Before I closed on the property, I'd expressed concern to the builder about the side yard which had, what I felt, was a significant angle.

Expect to allocate less time  towards management functions if self-performed or more favorable management fee structures if 3rd party management companies are utilized (which ties back to #1, as well).

If you see multiple posts a day, it's definitely worth speaking up about like @Nathan Gesner mentioned.At the end of the day, these "trolls, the cut and pasters, and AI posters" don't win in the long term....All sites or groups that grow experience the same issues with moderation (see Facebook groups), but VAs can't moderate because they are doing a letter of the law thing and not reading these garbage posts for what they are - spam, AI, number puffing, and cut and pasting, self-promo.

Specifically, here in Chicago, the Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance (RLTO) explains that owners are not required to relocate tenants for cosmetic issues, unless the work significantly impacts habitability, as expressed above. 

Not enough current income to move the needle, but all the knowledge required to learn and, if you're self-managing, the always-present "the tenant could move/break/have problem any minute of the day" possibility.
