I know someone here was saying 3rd space was a meetup for the local rei group, has that resumed or is it virtual?

I have a feeling that if it is the latter then the tenants may not of been paying rent for a while and the previous owner decided to sell the property instead of waiting for the eviction process to resume.

You cannot even file an UD at this time and who knows how long the courts will be backed up when they resume filings.

From what he said some classes will most likely resume in the fall or spring depending on the class.
