But you can use a good GC to do a site walk as well....it certainly is a good idea! 

That was precisely the sort of site I was hoping for.

It’s now mid-November.After double-digit requests through phone/voicemail to almost every phone number option in the menu, emails, messages onto their web site, Facebook messages and comments, I had to initiate a chargeback. 

For inspiration, you can check out sites like Slidebean, PitchDeckHunt, or Canva (I use this personally), which have sample pitch decks and templates tailored for different industries.

The site is love and hated by some.

Go to Etsy and search for "rental property tracker," and you will find hundreds of nice spreadsheets to track 10-20 rentals, usually for under $10.Software has extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button, and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.
