Hi, fellow STR investorsI have a question on systemizing the ordering, distributing and monitoring cleaning and kitchen supplies for STR operation and would love to hear your inputs:As my portfolio increases, I start to have issues on providing and restocking supplies for cleaners.

Securitization of loans and notes is still going on, but not nearly to the same extent and the compliance monitoring is still very strict.

You can also monitor sites such as hud home store which usually allows an opportunity for owner occupants to get first dibs on foreclosed single and multi family properties before investors do.

I would also monitor the properties wholesalers are wholesaling.

What I did and it actually worked was put a wireless (ring, blink, etc) camera right above the garbage with a sign to "monitor" any illegal dumping.

Monitor the situation, but until such time that they break their lease or break the law, there is no court in the country that will let you evict them.

I think monitoring it is good for now and once it becomes an issue if it does then take action.

If you want to monitor or control it from anywhere you will need to add wifi either from the tenant or as a service to the duplex.
