Could be self inspection (photos) but it's not uncommon and most are done by third party inspection companies.

Keep looking on the market, something will come available but you have to be ready to get on it.

I know there are some amazing opportunities in both of these markets but if I was leaning toward one right now from what we have available I would go with OKC, looking closely at tax rates.

I'd sell #1, even if you have to take a loss on your equity.The market does go up over time, but most markets seem to be stagnant right now, so when does that change?   

They’ve been really easy to work with but we haven’t closed a deal to have insight on that side of the transaction.
