I would recommend adding a profile picture as it really enhances interactions with other members and helps build the sense of community.

The family that I am working (that I seem to be getting a good vibe from) with seem very punctual and follow throught with everthing that I am asking for, but I have had limited interaction with the actual family that will be living there, since they do not know English.

I saw the thread where you interacted with Blair, but there are so many threads covering it, and the overwhelming conclusion seems to be that yellow letters out perform postcards.

You can go to Sherman Williams website and they have an interactive feature that lets you try different color combos on houses.

Also, I expect a high emphasis on customer service to the tenant - most MC's aren't very thorough and can come off as bullys or very nonchalant when interacting with tenants which in turn can lead to a high tenant turnover rate rather than focusing on keeping everyone happy.

But I will qualify that by saying I haven't researched the issue, done "subject to" transactions, or extensively studied the TREC contract to see how it interacts with the DOT.
