Also, set rules for tenants to follow is a must.Needs and Wants:I think you hit the nail on the head.

We wouldn’t know what to do with that if it fell from the sky and hit us on our heads.  

I asked this very question to former head legal counsel of well-known title company here in CA.His answer: “It depends.”That was helpful.As the prior poster indicated, each of these cases are unique and have their own facts and circumstances.

I'm heading to Spain this month, to live and do some renovation projects.

Maybe we are being forced into a colder world, where people just buy builder grade BS, and things are just treated as roofs over peoples heads, but feel is something human that cannot be taken away, and a good agent understands this and their buyers.

As far as the safety issue, get that out of your head and vocabularity.
