What can be a good motivator or role model for pushing forward and to be as knowledgeable as possible in all the areas REI requires from Nero-linguistics to Networking to Hammering a nail to dress to impress, well you name it!  

This is my personal biggest falling with my web site.The rest is window dressing, in my somewhat humble opinion.

You might have just saved $10,000 because the guy doesn't know how to pick up a phone and doesn't have fancy trucks.

True QB does not have the fancy bells and whistles, but for the cost, easy to use and getting thinks rolling managing your properties is just perfect.

As far as a market to invest in - you need to identify what suits your fancy.  

You go to a large realtor office in your area, dress well, make an appointment with the office manager in advance.  

Also from my experiance the coin operated machines a far more reliable than the new fancy machine that have all the sensors and cool features. 

Have seen some real deep tanks but thats unusual.If probing is not finding it you may have to have some of those fancy under gound ultra sound type searching. 

Im happy with my house my car isnt fancy it gets me where im going and thats all I care about. 

Nothing fancy but they each have their own bathroom.
