Another option I am thinking is doing the minimum to get the house I am living in fairly nice and then saving cash to eventually buy an out of state property that hopefully would cash flow. 3.

Those type of buyers are trying to beat the bank for yield they can get there.I typically ask what a potential clients goals are with their current income from a job or business, age, family info, how much passive income they want to eventually achieve annually, current net worth, and liquidity levels.

I do know that I eventually want to start my own company and bring in like-minded people that have the same love for it as I do.

The land lease went up a lot during the time we owned the condo, and we eventually sold it.

Over time of that LL making mistakes he is gaining much knowledge and hopefully it turns to wisdom and eventually he is helping others.

I am in the process of networking locally to start figuring out who can/should be part of my team.Originally I had had an interest in being a limited partner in syndications, but with my goal of enough cash flow to replace my day job (and eventually my wife's), I don't think that that is going to get me where I want to go.So I am now considering SFH, small (<4 unit) multitenant.
