I co-own a Hair Salon-Tattoo Shop (which we completely remodeled from a doctors office to our Salon on our own) and I am a tattoo artist. 

They are talking about hair-on-fire motivated people who will sell their house a a far more significant discount for a quick cash sale.So how motivated are they?

Does the seller really mean no business <full stop> or did he envision someone running a moderate traffic business (i.e. hair salon, tailor) or home-based auto-body shop in his front yard?

I pulled some hair out and I gave up after now getting anywhere .

They saw a drop in rental demand and therefore a drop in rents.I am not the light my hair on fire and ride the bull style investor.

The lender should have indicated whether they have the requisite experience, cash, credit, deal flow, hair color, whatever.

I would say the appreciation on the place would be maybe a hair higher than normal - maybe 3 to 5% max.  

Yes indeed @Karen Margrave trust me if i had hair i would be pulling it out right now, I'll wait and see what comes of all of this on Monday.Thanks @Jeremy Tillotson I'll check into that title service if we cant get it resolved, I looked at the site and seen it takes 60 days so I dont know if buyer will want to wait that long but will see.
