If your CPA personally answers his phone when you call, it means one (or more) of these things:you're one of his special most valuable clients for whom he makes an exceptionyou also happen to be his golf buddy or his investment partner or his girlfriend he is new and does not have enough clientshe is overwhelmed between projects and calls and is about to be checked into a facilityhe is a unicorn or is otherwise extinctWhat is reasonable to expect is that you should be able to reach your CPA at a prescheduled time and via an agreed upon channel: email, text, phone, video conference, whatever you guys agree on.

There is no wrong way to do this unless you aren't doing it at all OR you're harrassing peopleIf you find yourself attending a bunch of educational webinars, watching too many tutorial/training videos, or anything other than those 2 things, take some time to stop and reflect. 

They didn't have all the real estate books, blogs, YouTube gurus, financial calculators, etc.The best thing you can do is buy a house and educate yourself on how to manage it well.

I'd recommend checking out their Youtube videos that display walkthroughs on how to use it.

Wondering if they live up to their YouTube videos stating that they help run the operations for investors and provide close to 12% ROI.

I have been kicking the tires on the videos and tools trying to learn. 

And I'm willing to spend about $250/mo (reireply + twilio + lead costs) for 6 mo to get even just one deal.My opion, and watching tons of youtub videos on "real estate crash blabla,,,,  what will 2021 look like..." 

(You can take a pic with the door open and the envelope about to be put in/even make a video of it - either of this is an overkill, in my opinion.

I assume a common area, front porch etc, i.e no a private area like back yard .... then I dont see that as an issue  Tenant is asking also to see a video or photo of what the camera seesI'm assuming it wouldn't be a landlord issue?
