Having an experienced, and trustworthiness, real estate Agent has a more unbiased attitude that you may have.If you select a good area, you might sale before its finished.  

You can ultimately turn that over to someone once they have convinced you they are trustworthy.  

I wanted to ask the BP community in southern California if anyone knows of any good and trustworthy contractors, engineers, or architects that you could refer to help us with this attic conversion?

Generally, there are three parts to making this decision:1) Is the person trustworthy.  

Are trustworthy and honest3.

Part of me feels just jump in with two feet... but I'm out of town for work 75% of the time and can't micro-manage so I need a strong team(which I've yet to build) and need trustworthy partners which sounds like it's the hardest thing to do in the rehab business..

As such, we are looking for help in building a team of trustworthy, licensed/insured contractors that can assist us in roofing repairs, plumbing (fixing leaks), repairing plaster ceiling, along with a slew of smaller issues.

Can you offer a recommendation on a trustworthy turnkey provider?
