Having been in the military for so many years, being on deployments, and training my history looked strange an I had to do kind of the same type of thing.

This seemed strange to me, and I didn't make the 45 minute drive.  

So this might be strange and it might even be a good thing, I'm not sure, so I need some help deciphering the situation.In my duplex in Dallas I have tenants that has been with me for almost 2 years now, they have been awesome, pay on time for the most part and keep the place very very clean and tidy.However about 6 months ago they started to complain about little issues every time I saw them.Part of the weather stripping needs to be replace, the threshold needs to be repainted, need a timer to water the foundation.

What is strange, however, is that the rental rates are really lagging behind.

Strangely mom n pop shops started burning down, long time residents passed on and their families moved out, and new development came in, and voila': Little Havana experienced a revival.Hope this helps!

The info listed is who should be receiving the tax bill - it would be strange that the tenant is receiving a tax bill.

I would have told them to provide me with the number as soon as he gets it changed, the avoiding enemy's thing is really strange.

These are strange economic times with regards to the stock market and commodity prices, but I sense a major correction coming.
