There is no one stop shop or sticky for this topic, so it requires a lot of reading and not real one answer that works for everyone.I have 4-6 Investors that want to put in anywhere from 20k-100k in money they have in the bank.

What I am doing right now is reading EVERY SINGLE STICKY on this discussion board, and getting my dad to do the same.

@Ben Rice are you talking about a brokerage firm, who sells real estate and has agents?  

As far as I can tell, the only lien that may stick is an IRS lien and that only sticks for a short time(90 days?).

I know reputation is everything in this business, but I also think that if you throw enough mud against a wall somethings gonna stick. I

It might be a little sticky to straighten it out now.
