They get depressed, their grades fall and bascially, such properties are the root for many social problems.

Since it came from more than one person, I wanted to address it and spent 2 weeks cleaning it - disassembling the front door of the oven, cleaning the glass surface and putting it back, cleaning the oven rack, cleaning the stovetop with bleaching powder, soap, blade. 

(OK, getting off soap box now.)

We use the app called breezeway for these lists and these lists include things like, are there ample towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.

As it depends on how deep the roots are.

But I don't know how much insurance, airbnb commission, consumables (soaps, paper towels, etc.) will cost.
