These types of tenants often do this because they don't want to save in advance, so they take the rent owed to you and use it to put down on their next home.Recommend you do a better job of communicating to the tenants that you will pursue every legal collection option if they don't pay last month's rent.Also, why are tenants NOT staying with you?

I’m a 20 year old aspiring multifamily syndicator and also have some doubts if I should really pursue this business.Being an entrepeneur and running a business definitely fuel me and makes me feel super excited, I really enjoy and am passionate about running the different parts of a business and having a team to work with.However, I still don’t know if I want to take the syndication route or the “building my own portfolio” route.
