Newbie perusing the turnkey threads here with a newbie question:What is considered ‘good cash flow’ on a turnkey ?

The reason I am perusing websites like biggerpockets is we would like to extract some money to clean up and fix some things - and actually to have the cash to get out there as we live in California.

Within the next few months I plan on obtaining my real-estate licenses and perusing my goals within the real-estate world...

Peruse the rentals in your area (VRBO, HomeAway, etc.) by checking other owner calendars with the most dates rented and see what they're offering compared to others.

The cost for this is only $5 per user.

To me it is about volume and time spent perusing success.

Not looking for a work around here, just a reasonable way to comply and stay out of trouble while still able to peruse this type of business and offer this type of service to potential buyers.
